City College Student Work
Every year at the end of the spring semester City Gallery exhibits selected artworks created by City College art students. These works can include drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, ceramic, digital works, music/sound, animation, multimedia, installation and performance. 


League for Innovation Art Competition
During the spring semester City Gallery displays the SDCCD student submissions for the annual League for Innovation art competition. The League recognizes the innovative work across a variety of disciplines created by community college students from across North America. 


Groff Exhibition
City Gallery hosts the annual Groff Exhibition, a showcase of the outstanding artwork produced by high school students from all of San Diego County. The exhibition was designed by the California Art Education Association of San Diego in honor of beloved art educator Bruce Wayne Groff (1958-2012).
